    • Fact: much of the wood were sourced from various barns on the East Coast then transported to a facility in Memphis to have it dried in a kiln. It was then shipped to the site and milled on site.

  • Extra thick 3/4” Slate Roof and Standing Seam Copper Roof

  • Windows are 9/16 of an inch thick laminated single pane windows to maintain the old world feel

  • Exterior walls with spray foam insulation to keep it airtight

  • The exterior limestone facade is Osage and Mosage (color variations) randomized to get the Old World look and feel

  • Door and window hardware custom made of Bronze (Rocky Mountain Hardware)

  • Deck stone is French Limestone

  • Exquisite Cypress trees, one in the walkway in front of the house and one in the back deck surrounded by custom Bronze Collar

  • Walls are thin coat plaster treated with wax to create a pleasant, warm appearance

  • Most windows have double locks
